About Your Stay

Q How many guests can stay?
A

The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. Children under 5 years old do not need to be included in the guest count.

Q How many floors does the villa have?
A

This is a private three-story villa. Each floor offers a different atmosphere and way to enjoy your stay, with the stunning Mt. Fuji view from the third floor being one of its most special highlights.

Q What makes this villa special?
A

This newly built villa features a spectacular view of Mt. Fuji from the third floor, an open-air sky terrace, and a view bath. It is ideal not only for stays with family and friends, but also for special getaways, anniversaries, and memorable occasions.

Q Are pets allowed to stay?
A

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed at this property.

Q Is smoking allowed inside the villa?
A

No, all rooms are non-smoking. Smoking indoors may result in an additional cleaning fee. If you smoke, please do so outside and use a portable ashtray.

Check-in & Check-out

Q What time are check-in and check-out?
A

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. You will also receive detailed information in the guidance email after your reservation is confirmed.

Q How does check-in work?
A

Our property offers self check-in. Before your stay, we will send you all the necessary information, including how to access the villa, so you can arrive and check in smoothly.

Q Is early check-in or late check-out available?
A

Depending on the cleaning and preparation schedule on the day, we may be able to accommodate your request. If you would like early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance. Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed.

Q Is it okay to arrive late at night?
A

Yes, late-night arrival is possible thanks to our self check-in system. However, as there are residential homes nearby, we kindly ask that you avoid loud voices and noise outdoors at night.

Q When will I receive the information after booking?
A

After your reservation is completed, we will send you information regarding check-in instructions and your stay in due course. If you do not receive it close to your stay, please first check your spam folder and then contact us.

Yes, a washer-dryer combo is available. It is especially convenient for guests staying multiple nights.

A

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. It is suitable for workations, streaming, and general internet use.

Q Is there a TV or projector?
A

Yes, both a TV and a room projector are available. You can enjoy terrestrial TV channels as well as streaming/video platforms.
