Terms of Stay

1. Scope of Application

Accommodation contracts and related agreements entered into between this property and guests shall be governed by these Terms of Stay. Matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by applicable laws and generally established customs.

2. Reservations and Stay

Reservations are accepted through booking platforms or by methods designated by this property. Guests are deemed to have agreed to these terms at the time of reservation.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times shall follow the times separately designated by this property. Requests outside these hours may not be accommodated.

4. Payment of Accommodation Charges

Accommodation charges must be paid at the time of reservation or by the date specified by this property. If any additional charges arise, settlement must be completed by check-out.

5. Occupancy and Number of Guests

Use of the property beyond the number of guests stated in the reservation is not permitted. If unregistered guests are found to be staying, additional charges may apply or accommodation may be refused.

6. Notes on Use of the Property

Guests are kindly asked to be considerate of nearby residents and other guests during their stay. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night, and treat all facilities, furnishings, and amenities with care.

7. Prohibited Acts

• Smoking inside any villa
• Any use of fire, including BBQs, fireworks, and bonfires
• Noise, parties, or loud music that may disturb neighbors or other guests
• Removal, damage, or defacement of facilities, furniture, or amenities
• Any act that violates laws or public order and morals
• Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by this property

8. Quiet Hours at Night

There are residential homes and other accommodation facilities in the surrounding area. Please keep noise to a minimum both indoors and outdoors after 9:00 PM. Please refrain from loud conversations, use of audio equipment, and extended conversations on the terrace late at night.

9. Damage or Staining of Facilities and Amenities

If any furniture, appliances, linens, or amenities are damaged or stained during your stay, please contact this property immediately. Depending on the situation, repair or cleaning fees may be charged.

10. Garbage Disposal

For ordinary waste generated during your stay, please follow the property’s instructions for proper separation and disposal. Garbage collection is not required for standard stays. In the case of an unusually large amount of waste or special disposal items, additional charges may apply.

11. Disclaimer

This property shall not be held liable for any damages caused by natural disasters, power outages, transportation disruptions, communication failures, force majeure, or any other circumstances beyond its control. Guests are also responsible for the management of their own valuables.

12. Refusal of Accommodation

Accommodation may be refused, or use of the property may be terminated even during the stay, if a guest violates these terms, is deemed likely to cause serious inconvenience to other guests or nearby residents, engages in conduct contrary to laws or public order and morals, or if this property determines that safe operation cannot be maintained.
